Food coloring agents

Food coloring agents (TrueMix) are colouring substances that are obtained by boiling out of plant components such as roots, leaves, fruits and berries or otherwise. The use of such raw materials ensures the safety of their application in food. The scope of food colours’ applications is very wide. They are used by both large food companies and housewives at home.

The choice of food and beverages is not just a matter of taste. Customers’ expectations about the appearance of products are growing: people prefer products that look attractive and appetizing and do not contain artificial colours. By creating a NAT color™ line TrueMix carefully selects ingredients and pigments that provide the desired intensity and stability of the dye allowing to increase the attractiveness of food and beverages without the use of synthetic colouring agents.

TrueMix introduces two new lines of natural colouring agents: VegeBrite ™ and E-Color ™. They provide food and beverage manufacturers with endless possibilities in the field of colour solutions, offering all the shades available in the natural color palette.
